"The German Army is the perfectly adapted, perfectly running Machine. The difference is that the Germans are organised with a view to War...with the cold, hard, practical and business-like purpose of winning victories."

My mannequin, now with another one of my uniforms

A Danish Royal Guard uniform. Pre 1940. If you are familiar with the Danish Royal Guard, you will notice nothing have changed, except for the bandoleer "shield". The uniform carries on the shoulder boards the coat of arms of his Majesty King Christian 10th. The king of Denmark during the occupation. Not seen here in the picture, are the trousers, cartridge box, sword and bayonet that belongs to the uniform. They are on the back of the uniform
And the trousers don't fit the mannequin.

Still need a bear skin cap though... But they are hideously expensive.
