Some of those items are pretty nasty bits and bobs! Especially those garrotes. Would not want to be on the receiving end of them.
The Domino item is neat looking. A little transceiver or something?

Hi there the domino is hollow, just uses to store/pass on small items like film, messages,photos cheers
