    Hi,
thanks for the comments and yes it is a V1, very small though, i have a large model of a V1 that i did a while back and made a launch ramp for it, I did ask for some idea,s and Ade Stevenson said build a ramp so thats where the idea came from. i will put it up if anyone want s to see it.
Also the piece of wood that the boat is sitting on came from a ship wreck four miles from where i live, so i used it for the model.

Sorry Dave, I only just saw this one. Thank you for posting it, it does look good. What paints did you use? Acrylics or enamels?

    Hi Adrian,
I used the normal small pots that you get for models something like umbro i think, the rusty bits are just the paint and a touch of white spirit. It thins it out just right.

Thanks Dave, I think the paints are 'Humbrol'.
I'm still in the dilemma of should I or shouldn't I drill out the flood holes......
