Well i ended 2016 with a West German grouping So will start 2017 with a more modern German armed forces display

Here to share some Tropentarn /Wustentarn 3 colour tropical /desert pattern from my collection .
I've used the earlier load bearing harness as worn early on in 2002 for afghanistan as part of the Nato led International Security Assistance Force ,the trousers are dated 2011 the combat shirt is 2006 ,the boonie is 2008 so by no means a matching set . The private purchase Kommando feldbluse has no manufacture date as far as i can see

I can only offer one display so far this year ...Anyway here to share is my Falklands conflict 1982 para display which i recently set up ,Unfortunately I am still yet unable to add a genuine argentinian m1 to the collection and have had to use for display purposes North American m1's instead ,Enjoy

Cheers Rene' My passion for collecting has waned a bit this year and your dead right things can get well out of hand ,still picked up a few lids this year though and one you might like ,a DDR motorcyclist helmet ,i should post it up really on the East German sub forum so keep an eye out soon mate ,anyway i wanted to add at least one display for 2017 ,for this one i wanted to get it bogged down in the mud for a more authentic lookAttachment 1100631
