That seems to be the trend - something always needs fixing, although
some of the things my MB required are/were rather major problems
such as an empty rear differential and a bone dry master cylinder
    - I don't know how the brakes worked without any fluid, or why
any fluid leaked out, or if there ever was anything in the lines.
The braking system was new when I bought the jeep.........!
    Regards,

    Steve.

    Update:
I was supposed to pick up the jeep this morning but as things go,
at 7:30am I get a text - the starter is stuck and it won't start.
This has happened before and I've had to lightly tap on it
with a hammer, but it could mean the starter is shot.

More tales and photos to come........
    Regards,

    Steve.

Sounds like a stuck bendix. A good clean & lube might do the trick.

Just after midnight June 10th, I picked up the jeep and drove the 45 minutes
back to my place. Later today, is the Georgina Military Museum's annual
'Military Day' - which at the last hour, I am able to attend.

Thanks Phil - it's been just over a year since I last drove her.
The problem was the coil, which we promptly replaced.........
