A nice collection of Imperial German field gear! I especially like the gas mask.

The website I got it from has a 600 dollar camo M17 in quite good condition. Also I wonder how much the price for this stuff will go up, seeing as leather obviously degrades faster.

I'm trying to oreserve my leather with leather dressing. I'd rather let the specific piece live longer than I do.

What do you mean by leather dressing?

I believe the general consensus is to leave the leather untreated. This seems to be the advice for helmet liners, and i have followed this - IE don't treat it in any way.
I would advise further research before rushing in to anything - you may devalue your items by treating the leather in any way.

I'm only doing it to preserve it for longer, and I don't plan on selling anything.
I'm just wondering how high the prices might get

I've heard that treating leather will only damage it in the long run.
The best thing to do is store it properly.

    Nice collection though!
