    Here are a couple of neat items a U.S. soldier of WW1 may have purchased at the PX (Post Exchange) on his base.

    A leather wallet and a cased safety razor set. The wallet appears unused and still has the small 12 month calendar and (not seen in the pic) the tissue paper sections for carrying stamps.

    I have the same razor case but the razor is slightly different and no felt liner.Good to finally know the time frame.I thought it was WW2 private purchase,unless that's why mine is a little different.
