Max, a good looking and as you know, perfectly original NSBO by Overhoff. A super example.

The NSBO style being discussed however has the hammer head entirely within the wreath, rather than just below (as per your Overhoff example).

I would welcome any comments by Markus, now that we have opened up the subject a little and as was requested.

    Regards,

    David

    Hello all,

thank you for interest opinions and i would look forward to get more NSBO buckles .

I know what the problems with my buckle .

In the 1970's a lot of this Roundels are sold by military seller on shows in Germany .

Hello David, I think your detective job shows now the difference between gooad and faked roundel...too bad mine is a bad one. But I had that bad feeling for a long while. I only bought the roundel on a fleamarket in the 1980's. Maybe, and I really say -maybe- the roundel was period produced but didn't make it on the boxes? Cheers Thomas
