Used on Tornister Packs, etc.
The design did not change and was used in WW2 as well.

Thanks Adian, that's good information. Curious they would stamp the alloy content onto the piece though?

Cannot say I have seen that before on a small item like this either. But if it is WW1 it is really outside my collecting field. But the alloy content marking was certainly done on other items in WW2, like the large railway eagles.
