Looks like a genuine early 2nd pattern Luftwaffe dagger by Alcoso, with hangers and portapee. Here's a bit more info regarding these to save going on and on. Not technically the best, but it'll tell you most of what you want to know.

You might also want to put the dagger in the scabbard the right way round pretty darn quick before Ade sees it!!!!

late war second pattern LW dagger by alcoso.
Blade looks good with lots of its original crossgrain.
It has the last style logo that suits the fittings
Not much of its original black finish left on the fittings.
What concerns me is the grip, 2 much wear, looks almost like a plastic one, seen that before ,and in most cases it has a plastic replaced grip with wood in it.
i would like a grip with the fine alu wire instead of the twisted one.
the pommel is not centered, so it can be a replaced grip.
Put it the other way around in the scabbard, LOL
Hangers look fine to me.
