CISM engraving on a seitengewehr 102(n)

I'm trying to figure out this bayonet.
I know the bayo is one of the seitengewehr 102(n), WaA84, ordered by the Germans, made by the Kongsberg factory. The scabbard is a pre-war norwegian M/1894.
The CISM is what puzzles me. Has anyone seen one like it or got some info on these....

Thanks Scout, but that I already knew.
I'm thinking it was an award at the nordic CISM event, BUT I cannot get that confirmed.....
I'm trying to find out if this is a complete fantasy piece.....
