I believe it is Norwegian, and fairly rare..........

Yes, I believe these were used in WWII, but it may have been made earlier.
It is for the Norwegian M1894 Krag rifle.........
Condition is rather rough, but I have not seen one complete with
it's original frog before.

is it worth anything
I think somewhere between $100 - $150 normally, but this one
is quite rusty, which will affect value.
It could be carefully cleaned and oiled, which will
bring it back somewhat.

The ones made during the occupation will have a Waffenamt on them, and should be more valuable. FP
