Default DRK Hewer by Klaas with Frog

This is a nice Klaas Hewer ( lower fitting screws) that has the typical grey factory paint still on the grip, realy love that!
The scabbard shows some wear but it protected the blade as it should!
The blade has a lovely cross grain and reaches mint, its mirror bright.
Gripplated have no cracks, just a lovely example
    Enjoy the pics!

A perfect example. Just enough wear to make it appealing. You almost never see them with the matt finish still intact. Great find Ger!

Beautiful DRK Gerrit!...just a question for myself as I am still learning about frog type hangers. on your example I see wear on the back of the hanger..and also wear on the front of the hanger which faces the grip...but I see no wear at all on the front part of the hanger where the scabbard fits into the slot. Was this aperiod add on? ...Mercy Please!
