Kurt,
Your TeNo appears to be a very nicely conditioned example. Does the top scabbard fitting have the matching number?
Nice piece! Your leather strap is not broken either. That is rare. Heavy hewer with a tiny strip of leather was not the best design by the creator.

That's a real nice looking piece!
"Please", Thank You" and proper manners appreciated
My greatest fear is that one day I will die and my wife will sell my guns for what I told her I paid for them

Very Nice piece, Those bad boys are beefy.
Congrats on owning that beauty

Good evening Gents
Thank you for your comments !
This Hewer is in good condition and most of the silver gliding is still there ... i'm glad ... it has been heavily cleaned up the has lost its black on the eagle though ...
The Scabbard has a matching n° :
Since i won't ever afford a officier dagger, this EM one will do
TeNo is a nice theme to explore i think

Kurt that is a lovely Teno Hewer you show here!
Your right about the Officers dagger being very expensive, not even to mention the hangers.
I think the Crossguards design of the Teno is top of the bill, and the Teno leader i might even consider to be the best TR design, or at least in the top 3 ranking.
Seeing yours i might be tempted to post a few Teno leaders sets myself

Is a nice dagger, one of my favorites, after the RAD hewer...
I take this opportunity to announce that one of my dealers, Johnson Reference Books and Militaria, arrived from Europe with an large collection of daggers and knives, especially I notify this to Rossi...

Johnson Reference Books
Hi Dan

If we gonna use replies for advertisements lets name them all........Wittmann, Weitze, Lakesidetrader etc..etc...all update their stuff on a daily or weekly base....just to mention a few
a PN to Rossi would have done the trick ...
