German fire parade axe

Have thw opportunity to buy this axe have never held one or even seen one in person . what do you guys think . Gary

This is an interesting axe.. I have not seen anything like this before. I am used to the more traditional black handle. Maybe a private craftsman design based on the actual presentation axe??

I have reservations about this one....

No parade ax to me, more a ceremonial gift to someone, for some reason (for long service, or something...)

Don't think you would find a similar one...
I can ask a friend who collects only firefighter's stuff.
