The pommel is the same as a Heer Officers dagger.

So post 1935 and most likely post war made from parts would be my best guess.

    Cheers, Ade.

Interesting indeed. Ade may be correct but amazing what people toss out. Got to be worth something.

I agree with Ade, post war made with leftover parts.

I am making a trip to the dump today, cool find
What would you know about victory? I killed a she-wolf in her den, armed with only a knife. I escaped the Caughnawaga Indians who sought to burn me alive. And, I was the sole survivor of a shipwreck at the Battle of Havana. So you'll excuse me if I choose not to follow your advice." ―Israel Putnam speaking to a Continental Army officer at the Battle of Bunker Hill.

Not sure but it Looks close to a Heer Dagger blade and like it has been sharpened? I can't make out the makers mark for sure. Is it Widden? Or Widdeg? Solingen? Not sure as it is a messy diaper of hodge podge.

Total mixed fantasy item, 70ths dagger grip, cloned heer pommel and a hunting crossguard....only sick minds can figur something out like this..
