German Knife/ Red Cross Hewer

Someone gave me a dagger for free seconds later i discovered a swastika. Do anyone know this dagger and is it real?

Looks like a put together knife with a ww1 bayonet blade and I'm not sure what to think of the handle.

I found a stamp in the blade GES Geschützt

A standard Red Cross EM sidearm. It is just in very bad condition.

These can go for a bit of money in good shape, but this one for free was a great score, imo.

The only reason I knew this one, is because I was a Canadian Medic with the Canadian Airbourn in the 80s!!!

So on something German, I win for once!!!!! LOL

Odd that someone has covered the grip and scabbard with a fake leather covering.
