The hanger is not the best, but also an original part.

The dagger, and the scabbard, have features that convince me that it is a reproduction. It comes from the same source as the thread starter on GDC. These seemed to originally begin from a dealer in Moscow (although by now they are probably everywhere). This dealer at one time showed five of these dagger all with the slotted tang nut (although, in some very early original examples this feature is noted, but not on this one).

On all these you will find the provenance goes back no further than 15 years, and they lead to former East Bloc.

What the differences are from originals I won't say, as sure as the fakers keep improving their product as soon as as a detail 'anomaly' is mentioned. The hangers I can't say, except that if they came with that dagger, they are suspect too (in my view).

I would try to get your money back on this. Sorry for the 'Bad News', but this is what the hobby has turned to. If you don't take the time to spend to do in depth research, then better buy from a major dealer who has a solid reputation and will honor a full refund with no restocking fee.
I see too many times collectors try to get a deal on what is presented to them as a 'sleeper dagger', only to find out later that it was a aged repro and they were scammed out of a good chunk of their hard earned money.
