A fellow collector in a German Militaria-forum sold me this really nice knife !

BTW.: I´ve got a beautyful Demag trench-knife from the same buddy too !
I´m really satisfied and happy today !

    Cheers,

Here´s the knife, (unfortunaly without scabbard, but it shows an interesting unit marking !)
Also interesting is this kind of crossguard on this particular knife !

    J.R. 352. 11. 22. (Royal Prussian Infantry-Regiment 352, 11th Coy., Number of the weapon is 22

The JR 352 in 1915 was "embattled", (or. "transformed"), out of the Landwehr-Ersatz-Infanterie-Regiment Nr.7

    Landwehr means: Territorial Army

I do not have better pics at the moment ...

Hi Reibert, these are both great knives. I like them very much, especially the unit marked WW1 example.

    Cheers, Ade.

    Exclamation another WWI Demag !

    A few day´s ago I catched a pretty fine Demag again !

There´s also mounted this, (seen on fighting-knive´s, manufactured by this particular maker), unusual crossguard !
