I have no idea! I just recognized the email, the pieces and the name. It has been mentioned on a number of sites.

I'm no expert on technology at all, but can't the Admin ban his IP address?

He gets banned and then comes back with a new email. That's why I posted. I was burned once and don't want it to happen again to anyone else!!

An IP address is what's assigned to your computer, and I believe some sites have the capability of banning any account made on or operating from that computer. I assume that would have been done here already though, if possible.

What I have personally observed is that he is hacking into other computers or using a library computer which gives him the ability to keep on moving around! I had his last email ID'd in California, but Ade stated it was Ukraine! He also has accounts in the US as well........I am not sure how he pulled that off??

It amazes me that the authorities aren't moving in on him, considering the degree of fraud and crime he's involved in! I suppose if he ever does get caught, we'll likely not find out, which is a shame.
