Please give your opinion about this Landzoll Dolch

Hi guys,
i know the pics are not that good but its the best i can obtain.
i compared this one with a lot of others, it's has an Alcoso mark.
scabbard rings are not equal thick like the ones ive seen.
grip has dents in the wood but i see no worn on the leather, that bothers me.
its up for sale and i know these are realy rare....
Cant see the cross grains on the pics, they are too bad.

Going from these pics alone, I would pass. The eagle is not very well done.

The eagle looks like it's a wax casting, too soft in the details
