police bayonets

hi everyone, as a novice could someone explain the difference between municipal and what i would call standard police bayonets as i have both?

It is down to colour of the leather scabbard and frog: light brown is Gendarmerie, while Black is Schutzpolizie.

sorry rick but i only have the rural one left.i have tried taking better pictures but my camera just isnt capable of it.
