Hello Gentlemen,
i wanna Show you this Piece and wanna hear your Opinions. The Scabbard seems like it is cleaned a Little bit too much, but otherwise everything seems fine to me.

The hewer itself looks fine

But yes the scabbard looks overcleaned and repainted!
But nice with the hanger to it...

The scabbard has not been painted, that is the factory paint with some rust crazing visible.
The scabbard fittings have certainly been cleaned, as have the hewer fittings.
I would suspect the blade has been cleaned as well as I see some rust pitting on it.
The rest looks fine to me.
