Unknown brass hanger

I have this hanger a long time ago. Following the style looks, I would say that is for German army or police. Maybe it's for daggers . There is no manufacturer's mark ....
Does anyone know what it's for this hanger ?
It is made of brass, length is 4,5 centimeters.
