This is simply an electricians knife.
It could have been used during the period, but it is not an issue item.

I agree with Ralph. I am not familiar with the Roka brand but they must have been manufacturing such knives during the TR period or afterward. This style of knife is associated with Pionier and Nachrichten use and were manufactured in this style for years. An issue item might carry markings like a Waffenamt stamp, Rb number, Eigentum der deutschen Heeresverwaltung or Eigentum der deutschen Wehrmacht. Lacking those markings there is no way to confirm this knife was used by the Wehrmacht. However, it appears to be age and style appropriate for the Third Reich era or immediate post war period. NH
