I got this badge and would like to know if its real or fake.
If real how much would it be worth?

It looks real, a first pattern Police eagle.

Yep, 1st patt officers (opposed to enlisted) police cap badge for the Schirmuetze (peaked or visior hat).

There are quite a few variations if you include all the forces that used this general design but this is the main format and was worn by the regular police formation as well as the marine or water police (Wasserschuetzpolizei) as well as the Fire Police (Feuerschuetzpolizei) some are maker marked but most are not.
