Help please - Police Sport badge

I have not seen a blue one like this before today. Most I have seen are green, but the badge looks good to me. Any idea of whether this sport vest badge is good and who used it? Someone I know says it's possibly Coastal Police?? Thank you.

Oops, sorry Ade. forgot about this one. Rob finally gave me an answer on this one. Quote - "This is the 1st pattern eagle used between 1934-1936. Sometime in 1936 regulation changes eliminated the blue uniform and the green one came on the scene. The color and style of the eagle changed to the 2nd pattern green eagle in a wreath of oak-leaves instead laurel." end quote.
