Police Booklets Identification Needed

I put these items in the paper and propaganda section, but couldn't get any answers. Does anyone know what these booklets are exactly? The only thing that I could come up with is that they are a type of ideological training for police. Does anyone know for sure?

Well I would say there were both part of a Series for the Ideological Training of the Ordnungspolizei, which is what is says across the top (Schriftenreihe für die weltanschauliche Schulung der Ordnungspolizei).

The top title is "Americanism-A Danger To The World"...
The bottom is titled "Racial Politics"...
