when it indeed is CTD then it is C.T. Dicke.
I cannot see properly the abbreviation!
Here is a better picture of the obverse with marking.
If it is indeed Dicke, I have not seen this abbreviation before with an item!
Anyway I cannot remember....
Me neither but it does look like CTD and I for one cannot fault thus badge!
