the one with the blackish backing i belive is for the Gendarmerie. the other one is for the field cap. both are cap removed. due to space limitations in my flat i cannot buy too much caps, helmets etc., so i try to get my hands on cloth items instead. opinions are appreciated concerning originality : )

Not exclusively.

This type of white, machine-woven police eagle on black backing was worn on the sidecaps of all police branches (except for the Wasserschutzpolizei, who wore a golden-yellow eagle).

The other one is the pattern introduced for the 1943 field cap.

I cannot comment on originality.

imo the black and white is good not sure on other one.
