Polizei shoulder boards wartime ?

Would like to know if they are wartime period, original and what types of units are they from? If possible please. I have seen similar but not the same. Thanks for your help

I think that the first one is Unterwachtmeister in the ORPO? Any help appreciated. Thanks. I really want to determine whether there are wartime produced.

Personally, I have a sneaking suspicion that these may be post war examples. The lower, blue backed example used to have two rank pips it appears. I would look at post war examples for comparison. That's just me though, I could well be wrong.

The two TR era boards I have found that are pretty close to these are Wasserluftschutzpolizei for the blue/silver one, in the rank of WLS-Hauptgruppenfuhrer considering the two missing pips.


For the silver/brown with orange backing it looks like a Gendarmerie board in the rank of Wachtmeister.

The first shoulder cord is Gendarmerie, a 1942-1945 variant judginh form the dark shade of the brown inner cord.
The blue & silver cord is postwar German police.
