Schutzpolizei sleeve eagle

I took a photo of this eagle I saw on a tunic. Most sleeve eagles shown here seem to have more "feathers" than just the 3. Although, having said that, there are others with 3 so was there a significance?

I know it is wrong that the eagle is machine sewn to the tunic. The rest of the tunic is good.

If you crop your photos before posting , this usually fixes the problem.

I have seen police tunics with machine stitched eagles. I have seen them in an incomplete unissued state from the factory with inventory tags still attached. The eagle & collar tabs attached by machine.
