two pair of Schutzpolizei collar tabs

Article about: the "shape" and backing on these two pairs are different. the ones with the cardstock backing are the earlier ones for NCO ranks, but the other pair i don`t know anything about. ar

    Default two pair of Schutzpolizei collar tabs

    the "shape" and backing on these two pairs are different. the ones with the cardstock backing are the earlier ones for NCO ranks, but the other pair i don`t know anything about. are they post-war?
    what does senior mean in the connection with "senior NCO ranks of Schutzpolizei?"
