Worldwide Arms - We specialise in supplying all types of Collector's Weapons

Can anyone tell me if the example shown looks authentic? I'm considering buying one, but I've seen someone on here referring to 'railway eagles' as common fakes. Is the price good? Anyone had experience with Worldwide Arms before? I'm considering buying one.
    Thanks,
    Mat

    Mat,

I have no idea but with most of these things the answer is usually on the reverse and how it is finished?!

Being suspicious all of the time you have to wonder how many he has had and where they would be found in large quantities 'to order' so to speak

These are fakes. Beware of ambiguous advertising.....

That's disappointing, I had my hopes up in this case. As jock said though, the fact that they have such a quantity in which case you can 'order' them did make me suspicious. I emailed them asking about any background info, so it will be interesting to hear their respone anyway... It was a choice between this or a Mosin Nagant for my next purchase, but I guess my decision is made!

'We are informed that they are of post war
production as a certified original fetches in the region of 650. These came
in from Germany with a large batch of other stock.'

So they aren't pretending these are real, I was just naive and caught by the ambiguous description.

wonder if it's the same guy? I didn't catch his name, or ebay name anyway, I would love to have a eagle & swas that big, but right now I can't afford it, plus I wasn't so sure it was real. glad I did pass it by I guess. take care.
