Probably OLC, Overhoff & Cie, Ludenscheid...G
This one is painted field grey, most I have seen are unpainted aluminum. Does this factor into rarity?
That would be a question for Ben..Or others with a better knowledge on these particular buckles.. Perhaps you may want to research previous threads concerning this item and others similar...G
I have, to an extent,I haven't really found an answer.
Very nice buckle and in excellent condition, as to maker this has not been confirmed as of yet, the Ges Gesch series is as yet unknown. It has been suspected that the maker is indeed Overhoff but with no written proof to confirm it.
Ben
Ben, is the fact that it's painted grey make it slightly more rare?
Ok, most I see are plain old aluminum :-)
Hello,
it's not paint or patina .
DRK buckles are having a grey anodized finish .
So i see a nice top condition buckle !

Markus
