Do I believe mein eyes? This seems to be a Humvee of 1st SS Panzer.
In reality it looks to be Polish, but a rather poor choice of tactical flash for their unit . Sorry if this has been posted before.

It's an Iraqi forces Humvee, the U.S. gave them 8,000 over the last few years to help with the handover of power after the coalition bug out. Looks like this one hit a mine, the emblem is actually a winged flip flop, the symbol of Iraqi special forces.

USMC Scout Snipers have taken to the runic symbol as well...They got into hot water posing with a runic flag a few years back...
