I used to collect vintage toys, too. Mainly from the sixties & seventies. My wife & I used to sell vintage toys at toy shows in the southeast U.S. We had lots of nice stuff from the 1980's at one time.
Anything you specialize in collecting? We still have some stuff left.
Mike, its a long shot, but I am restoring a 1966 Ford Mustang Coupe in Candyapple Red. I don't suppose you have a model of one of these???
No, sorry I don't. I have very few model kits left. Most of our old toy show stock is packed away, but I would remember having a 66 Mustang.
Your Mustang looks like it is coming along nicely. I used to be into muscle cars from the sixties & seventies. I had a 1969 SS396 Chevelle coupe (sold about 15 years ago) and a 1971 Buick GS Stage 1 coupe (sold last summer).
I'm just not rich enough to indulge in all my hobbies at the same time...

Mainly Transformers and G.I.Joe, but I'll buy up pretty much any 80's toy.
Motorcycles! Mainly Harley-Davidsons and vintage dirt bikes.
My 1951 H-D EL (which, during a severe bout of temporary insanity, I sold last year)
And some of my vintage dirt bikes...
Very nice! I raced motocross for 25 years.2x District 34 AMA amatuer champ, and turned expert in '95.The last few years of my career were on vintage bikes,ACR series.I rode a 1980 Husky 250CR,and a 1980 Honda Elsinore 125.Both restored.Closest I raced to you was Budds Creek MD
When I turned 60 my family gave me a bee hive.My grandfather had bees all his life but when he died in 1959 the bees died out. Now I keep them again I wish I had started years ago.It is a fascinating and also a frustrating hobby, but the internet is such a valuable tool to gain information. I would recommend bee keeping to anyone. John
