Red Orchestra is a great game, very realistic and team based. If you don;t want to hassle with mods you could also try Iron Front Liberation 1944. It's the same exact thing as Arma II but focuses on the Eastern Front of WWII.

Red Orchestra 2 is okay, but the first is the best. Not many realistic WW2 are out there, especially not ones situated on the Eastern Front. Red Orchestra 2 has a lot of bugs and the details in uniforms + other things concerning historical authenticity are just plain horrible. The combat system is really nice tho.
