He could not bring these back to the UK.

Hi Adrian, he is not from the UK, he is from the continental part of Europe. He needs to buy items for a small museum he is working with at the moment. Taking it back to own country won't be a problem, as he has permission for importing.
That looks like a world class display.
Don't know for the law right now, as it changes all the time. I sold all mine, even relics.
There are two Belgian fora where he might find some;

thanks stuka f, but I'm not sure he speaks any Flemish or Dutch. Any online dealer that you might recommend please?
Most people here understand English, don't be shy, get in and ask your question!
I am sure they will be honored and glad to help a foreigner!
You can always ask me for any help!
I am member at the WWI forum, and was a member at lowland before they changed the forum... but I can always become member again.

Indeed! To be legaly deactivated they need to have the LiƩge/Herstal marks, but that wasn't always so!
Law at the momment is again very blurry! But what could you expect of a country that makes bikers wear handgloves, boots and long sleeves by law when driving the bike.....
