    Hi Kris and good luck, but there are fakes of all these types of artifacts. The Victorians were very big on the Gothic revival look and copies were made of many of these items.

    The Viking sword looks good, but I used to have a few copies of this type of weapon !!!!

    There are fakes even here, but what I ment with "no fraude in thise collection", is that it is mentioned to be a copy when it is.And, they still are "antiques"; being over 100 years old.
    And a "19 century (Victorian) copy" is nice as well...to me!
    Remember the Chinese copied old artifacts in order to honour there ancesters...

    People have been copying since way back. Certainly, a Victorian copy is still pretty old and if they are described correctly for the auction, no problem. Looks like some nice stuff.

    and i thought you were going to say bundeswehr............oh well kris those are beutiful artifacts thanks for sharing and i hope you get what you are after (just don't go weilding it about outside escpecially after whats just happened)
