Civil War Era Helmet found in the Thames?

Hi guys. I stumbled across this article while researching something else. I know its from 2010 but I just wanted to see what other people thought about the helmet in the photo. It does not look English Civil War era to me. It looks more like a Zuckerman to me.

I cant see the pic, but as the Zuckerman and other helmets were inspired by old helmet designs, I wuold tend to agree; there is more of a chance of it being a modern helmet than a Civil War lid.
