Default Collectors Beware of Craigslist Scam

Found an Ad on Cleveland Ohio Craigslist for some "WW2 German Stuff".

The guy sent pictures of everything he had for sale.
I sent him a money order for $270 for the Helmet and the HJ Knife over a month ago. Made several excuses for not shipping them out. Such as family emergencies etc.. Finally he Claims he shipped them out, but never gave a tracking number. I repeatedly requested it, but never received it. Tried to call him and now his phone is off. Beware of this scumbag

    Robert Spring
    1677 Bunts
    Lakewood, Ohio 44107
    440-666-7276

Heres the pics he sent me :

Sorry to hear of your misfortune! If you are sure of his address, perhaps you may send a signature-required letter letting him know of your plans to contact the police and small claims court?

I never buy anything off Craig's List unless I can meet the person face to face. I did it one time on a bayonet and got burned. The seller lived 15 miles from me, and used his home address. I was had a cazy work week and could not meet him. I sent money, but i never received the bayonet. Thanks to some badge carrying friends of mine, contact was made and bayonet was received. I wish you luck in getting the items. It's a tough lesson to learn.

Haha, no, a knock on the door was enough. They don't play around with 10mm pea shooters. They carry .40 cal.

When you do a whitepages.com look up for a Robert Springs it gives the address below. It also list associates of Mr Spring and Mr Painting lives at the same address as Mr Springs. Now Mr.Shit head Spring has a ATT mobile phone and is not excepting calls right now(I tried) So maybe call the Home number and talk with Craig and see if Roberts home!!!!!! Then if he does live there ,call the local PD and file a mail fraud complaint(Federal Charge)I hope you nab the asshole!!!!!
