    Default Collector's Book on Verwundetenabzeichen

    Hi All,

Can anyone recommend a good book for those interested in Imperial and Third Reich Verwundetenabzeichen? I've got both Angolia books but they refer to a range of awards both military and civil/political. As a large part of my collection is WBs, I'm interested in buying a book that focuses purely on them. Thanks in advance.

The only one I am familiar with is apparently a bit out dated and does contain some incorrect information from what I have heard.
I believe there is a Russian publication, but not in English.

Hi Ralph, thanks for the information. I've herd of the Russian book, but as you would expect, I can't speak or read Russian. Do you have the name of the out-dated book? It might be worth picking up if I can get it cheaply. Every book is outdated the minute its published and no book is perfect so even though there may be some inaccuracies in it, once that's borne in mind it may still be of some use. I'am always trying to get more educated on TR militaria. Cheers.

I have a copy of the Russian book. I also can not read Russian but
judging from the pictures (a lot of them) The book goes into a lot of
detail, maker by maker of Imperial WBs.

I do not know but I assume that he also has a book on TR badges.
