Just got thise metal and wood model in.
I could find a almost similar one on Elaborate Brass and Steel Model Cannon at 1stdibs , but nothing more then that....
Any ideas what or for who or by who it was made.

glad you found out,its a real nice piece to have.
Looks like a steampunk vision of a cannon rather than a real model, but i also like the look of it.

It is a quiet funny looking cannon, and it isn't the spitting image of Zamzama, but I only found 4 other scale models and they all look different....
And, apparently, for all it's ferocious size and appearance, it wasn't a very good cannon in any case! It was horrendously difficult to move around and when it Was used a few times, it ended up "being badly damaged" and was turned into a monument!

Hey Tim,
some small parts are missing.And I think a little chain went thru the corner poles as well.
I guess it must be dated some where around the independance of Pakistan....maybe a bit earlyer...
