Cool! Yep, its probebly the only movie i've seen about iraq that has a realistic portrayal of it. Seems like not many people know about it though.

My own list (not in any kind of order) is :
    Band of brothers
    The pacific
Brothers war (seriously for a lower budget film its shokingly good)
    U 571
    flags of our fathers
    Letters from iwo jima
Passchendaele( yes ww1 but its full of canadians )
Storm at juno (i think the only place you can buy this is at the juno beach center)
saving private ryan (true the plot was off but i think they did a lot of good work on the effects )
    Das boat
the desert fox was pretty good
enemy at the gates (tho in accurate i still find it enjoyable to watch (mostly cuz of that actress )
    empire of the sun
    and fnally wind talkers

I'd like to add When Trumpets Fade to my list of favourite war movies. Produced for TV so perhaps not the best production values and/or acting but its take on the Hürtgen Forest battle as seen from the allied perspective is quite unique and refreshing...

    Also, almost forgot; Die Brücke

    Das Boot
    Der Untergang
    Stalingrad (german version)
    The Pianist
    Apocalypse Now
Band of Brothers and The Pacific (not movies but more than worthy)
    When Trumpets Fade
    Talvisota (Winter War)
    Die Brücke (1959)

Not a bad film at all for it's time!...
It's a wasted trip baby. Nobody said nothing about locking horns with no Tigers.

I'm Spartacus, not really i'm Paul!...
