Finding a source for this brick-throwing soldier

Article about: I recently kind of got obsessed with the clip below since it is such remarkable footage, and I have been desperately trying to find out the story behind it, or at least find out where it was

    Why is he throwing a brick when he has a machinegun? Out of bullets maybe?!

    I believe it is staged
    Collect ROA, Cossack, Schuma and other WW2 Volunteer militaria.

    The filming might have been done by a local, eager to film the routing of the last Germans holed up in the ruins.
    Plus his boots(look like marching boots to me) and pistol belt. But you do have a very good point.
