Get well soon mate, what a crappy thing to happen at this time of year, it's never a good time for a broken leg but especially at Christmas.

Well, at least he'll be able to put his feet up over the holidays....
Is there workman's compensation or sick time allotments
    in England ?

    Speedy recovery Adrian.........!
    Regards,

    Steve.

All the best on a speedy recovery Adrian.

In actual fact I think you probably did it deliberately - just so you could remain in bed and watch the Aussies thrash you Poms in the cricket.

On the more positive side (and ya always have to look on the bright side of life... queue music and Eric Idle) at least you can have as much as you wish to drink at Christmas and not worry about falling down. (See second para)

Take care and I hope you recover quickly.

    Cheers
    Tim
