Okay - So the question is where is this and what is the significance of this event? It is a bit tough - so a hint is that it is in 1944. Sorry - I don't have the magic to embed the image.

He spent his school years here in Tasmania.His father was was the archbishop of Tasmania from 1889 to 1901.
His sister Sybil is buried in Hobart.
