'Fraid not Nick, the M33 was a prime mover version of the M31 TRV. The crane was removed and it had no turret at all, just a main gun in the sponson and often a .50 cal on a pintle for close defence. You're right about the AA design, but it was never used in that role. Clue: The tank is not an american design, neither was it built there. It was only ever a prototype, so VERY few were built, BUT it did see action late in the war in a different role than it was designed for and was very successsful.

Nope. But it is Commonwealth designed and built.

It is a Skink, it fired 30 20mm rounds a second from it's 4 Polston guns. There were only 3 built as the design was considered obsolete due to superior allied airpower at that stage of the war. Apparently, on the 4th February 1945 one was shipped out of the U.K. where it had been undergoing testing, to Antwerp, and saw action against German ground troops in the Nijmegen area of Holland shortly afterwards with the Canadian 4th Armoured Division. It was reportedly devastating in action.
