Article about: I found this in a side pocket of this late 70's s6 bag ,just wondering what it was used for on the respirator ,it has a powdery feel to it like talc ? any ideas

    Its a DKP2, a pad of fullers earth used to Blot Bang and rub the chemical agent off the body/clothing/kit after a Nuclear attack. It would normally be in a sachet until needed.
